The fee, in the open
Agreed with you upfront, in writing. Charged only once you approve a watch — never before, and nothing to inquire.

You tell us the exact watch — reference, dial, year, papers, or just a description of the one you want. We run your request through our network of 75 verified dealers and auction contacts worldwide, then present you the genuine options with honest condition and price. You buy directly from the dealer; we never take the watch or your money.
A success fee, agreed in writing upfront and charged only once you approve a watch: $500 under $10,000, $1,500 up to $50,000, 3% above that, and 2.5% plus bespoke terms at the grail tier. There is no cost to inquire, and no markup hidden in the price.
No — we never take custody of the watch or your funds. Payment is directly between you and the dealer. We find the piece, verify it and guide the deal, but you own every decision and every approval. Every dealer we work with is verified and publicly listed in our Watch Finder.
It depends on the piece. Common references can surface in days; a discontinued or allocation grail can take weeks. We tell you honestly what is realistic at the start, rather than promise a timeline we cannot keep.
Almost any reference — new, pre-owned, vintage, discontinued or waitlisted — across the brands our dealer network covers, from Rolex, Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet to independents and Grand Seiko. If it is trading on the market, we will try to find it.
Three ways. We do not sell watches, so we have no reason to steer you. Our network is not a secret private list — every dealer is publicly visible in our Watch Finder. And we never hold the watch or your money; you buy direct. Most concierges are dealers or marketplaces with a markup. We are neither.
